I'm confused by your Protection spec.
Eye for an Eye is a relatively worthless talent for a tank. It's fine for ret but for a tank, the amount of threat it would give isn't worth the talent. It's the second weakest threat talent we have.
Eternal Glory is devalued since the change to Word of Glory. The talent is for threat, but it's our weakest threat talent and the points are better off elsewhere.
Hallowed ground is an alright talent for 5 mans, but it's not really worth it in raids (Unless you're only tanking on trash).
It looks like you were trying to get a threat build of some sort, but you missed on of our highest threat talents, Reckoning. The first 2 points of Reckoning cause more threat than any of our other talents with the exception of Wrath of the Lightbringer and Sacred Duty.
You also missed out on some amazing utility talents that are almost required for raiding. Improved Judgement makes it much easier to pick up stray adds and Pursuit of Justice also helps you pick up things much faster. These 2 talents alone can be make or break on some fights and I can't see any reason not to pick them up.
Your choice of Dazing Shield glyph is odd. It's generally considered a PVP glyph and has almost no use in most raid settings. It's pretty situational.
As far as your ret spec goes. I'll assume it's more of a PVP spec. But I'm not an expert with ret so perhaps I'm wrong.
If you have any questions about your spec or anything, check out
