Naxx full clear, Ulduar full clear, ToGC (heroic) up to Anub cleared, took a break before I could get the kill, ICC full clear, BoT full clear, BWD up to Neff cleared, and no bosses in Fl downed yet.
9) How prepared do you show up to raids?
I have everything I need for raids ready to go (flasks, buff food, etc). Will be on at LEAST 15 minutes early.
10) What is your availability on Tuesdays & Thursdays (9:00pm - 12:30am)?
Those times are perfect for me.

11) What were your previous guilds?
I was on Stormreaver (Ally) for a long time. I had my druid, warrior. and pally on that server. They were all in the guild called disturbed. I had left after about a year or so being in the guild due to lack of progression and went into #2 ranked guild on the server called Teh Lawl Firm (guild doesn't exist anymore). While in Teh Lawl Firm, I had an awesome time, really cool peeps in there and we were able to clear through ToGC weekly (up till Anub). The time had come for me to take a break though so I did and when I came back, guild was split apart and then I made a hunter on this server. Got into a guild called Unstopables and cleared through ICC eventually and some of BoT and BWD after Cataclysm came out. Had some problems in guild and a bunch of us went into a new guild that we made called Genocide when we killed Cho'gall.
12) Are there any <Gloryhogs> members that can vouch for you?
None that I know of. Rahgeclaw might know of my hunter (Skilleddeepz) or my druid (Healsarenp) as I ran with him when he was a pug in one of our runs when I was in Genocide.
