I have killed 8/13HM T11, 6/7HM T12, and 2/8HM currently on T13, all on 25-Man.

10) How prepared do you show up to raids?
I bring my food and flasks. I bring enough Volcanic pots to last for a few nights.

11) What is your availability on Tuesdays & Thursdays (9:00pm - 12:30am EST)?
I will always be on to raid, with 1 exception. This coming friday I will be having surgery on my knee. I do not know how much pain I will be in or how drugged I will be. I can explain this in further detail over Mumble.

12) What were your previous guilds? Why did you leave?
<Legitimate> I would prefer to talk about this on Mumble.
<Sacrifice> I raided with this guild for the latter half of T11 on my 1st warlock. GM decided that the server we were on was not suited to draw applicants so he decided it was time to move the guild. This was the 4th time he had done so, I did not follow and instead went casual.
<GSOB> I raided with this guild the 1st half of T11. The guilds officer core left for RIFT. I was handed GM as a raider. We raided 10 mans for ~1 month. Recruitment was not my strong suit let alone leading. I passed lead and left for Sacrifice.

During the 1st portion of T11 I raided casually with my druid (resto).

~Edit UI / Gems / Reforge are good.... I have no idea what I should be looking for in logs as Destruction lock but his overall active time was 35% better than mine! That has to mean something right Nik?

Watch out for those arrows man.

You look at uptimes. Starting with each DoT. If destruction you additionally look at ISF Buff. DI uptime is also something to be looked at. How many times a CD is used (Demonsoul/trinket). When they were used. If player recieved PI from teh best disc priest in the world . If they didn't get any help soacking the ce lance crap on Hagara while yelling out on vent that there was nobody else there to help soak then later dying. Just a few things that I look at when I browse through my logs and other warlock logs. If I was looking at someone with a staff I would subtract w/e damage they did with it.
