Nope I have them both

I am well equipped with consumables

12) What were your previous guilds? Why did you leave?
Persevernce (a) Stormrage raid times way too late, Tithe (h) Khadgar disbanded, TBC raided with Fusion on horde turalyon we were us top 50, disbanded.

No

I am NOT a resto druid. Just putting that out there.

harmony up time is very good on some fights and on others it dips slightly (70%). Very little to judge on this because well...there could very well be no reason to heal. Just something to consider though.

Reforging as close to the 2005 haste break point which is perfect. You may want to consider reforging away from spirit into more mastery. This would obviously be a preference but you may find it to be more throughput in a 25 man raiding environment.
