My bf raided on a rogue named Jnkz when he was with Og. He still talks to some of the guys in Og so he might know your friend too!

As for tanking, I haven't had any raid experience, and my guardian spec has mostly been used to get guildies through heroics quicker. Even though that is the case, I have no problem with re-gemming/reforging to tank if it's needed.

Lastly, I'm not Canadian, but I am originally from Minnesota which is pretty much the same thing.
