11) How prepared do you show up to raids?

12) What is your availability on Tuesdays & Thursdays (9:00pm - 12:30am EST)?
I can make all raids.

Additional Information:

13) What were your previous guilds? Why did you leave?

<Desire> on Aman'thul Alliance
I joined up with these guys in WotLK as a resto druid (my first toon ever) and raided up to ICC with them. During cata, I levelled up my paladin and we reformed into a 10man guild for Firelands. I was the GM and Raid Leader of the newly formed guild and we got to 6/7HM Firelands before DS came out. Shortly after DS came out I retired as I was completely burnt out from running a guild by myself. I came back at the end of Cata and finished DS as a casual/back up with <Desire>.

In MoP, I changed to protection as my main spec because our tanks of 4 years had both decided to quit the game. Due to work, I was unable to raid the times that this guild ran with and moved to a guild on Dath'Remar called <Nocturnis Vexillari>. We cleared 6/6HM MV & 5/6HM HoF before I got into a motorcycle accident and shattered my right arm. I finally got my cast removed 3 weeks ago and when I returned, NV had server transferred off to a new server and replaced me in the process, which is totally understandable since I was unable to raid for 5 months basically.

I am currently back in <Desire> as a back up healer for them when I have time to join in as they are running only 2 healers at the moment.

14) Are there any <Gloryhogs> members that can vouch for you?
None, unfortunately :(

15) Please provide us with an up to date World of Logs (NO LFR!!!)
http://www.worldoflogs.com/guilds/128344/

16) Is there anything else that you feel must be mentioned in your application?
I'm an easy going guy and I feel like I would be a good fit in this guild. Hopefully, my experience and past raiding history in some end game raiding guilds will be a plus to you all.
