11) How prepared do you show up to raids?
Very. Progression raiding is the only thing I play this game for. I watch videos, troll forums and try to do all the reading I can. Pots, flasks and 300 food are a given. I do this for the toons that I play and the specs that they offer as well.
12) What is your availability on Tuesdays & Thursdays (9:00pm - 12:30am EST)?
Due to the nature of my job, if accepted I'd be requesting Tuesdays and Thursdays be my off days. So attendance would be guaranteed.

13) What were your previous guilds? Why did you leave?
My previous guilds have been listed above along with the characters I played in them and the progression that occurred with them. As for leaving the guilds, each guild disbanded and I was forced to leave for either a new server or a new guild. I normally don't enjoy guild hopping so if I find a nice home I stick around.
14) Are there any <Gloryhogs> members that can vouch for you?
Sadly, no.

16) Is there anything else that you feel must be mentioned in your application?
I absolutely love versatile classes. I play either a monk or a druid solely for this reason. I feel the need to be well versed in every spec my class offers and try to keep my gear up to date for all of them. If my druid (any spec) does not interest you I have a 526 ilvl WW (MS)/MW/BM monk I can offer.
I can play any druid spec (feral dps being my weakest) and all 3 monk specs rather competently.
Lastly, I know this application sounded very serious but it was done rather quickly because I'm trying to find a new home before 5.4 drops. Out of WoW I am a career chef. I cook my balls off for 15 hours a day, 5 days a week. I love to run, climb, ride bikes and recently completed my first triathlon!
