That's the definition of being carried. We don't now you so you come across as a bit of a joke. Sorry if it insulted you but we as a group do not carry players. If you do ever wish to raid for any guild at some point you will need to level up faster (3 patches late this time). You will need to min/max your character properly (You applied while wearing greens and without a level 90 talent for starters). You will need to show that you have some experience in this game (LFR is there for you). Take baby steps and apply to a normal raiding guild. If you succeed there then maybe you can make a step to a heroic raiding guild.

Your ignorance does not make us rude. You came off insulting us by applying with the character that you are playing in that state.

If you want to apply to a high management position in a global corp, you need to tell them why they would accept you to the job, not "I worked at KFC."

At this point, you will do less dmg than our healers, so tell us why we should take you.

I agree with Sean. While I understand that the options are slim on Smolderthorn; you have to realize that trying to get into a guild that is trying to clear heroic content you should put more work into your character if you truly are serious. You should be at least have the best possible outside of raiding (LFR, Valor gear, or Heroic scenarios). I remember back in vanilla when i applied to my first hardcore raiding guild i literally spent months farming and getting my character to a position to actually contribute. People have it easy now.
