Good to go. 12:30 is a little steep because I wake up early. However, this something I can address.
13) What were your previous guilds? Why did you leave?
I started on Khadgar server and was there up to DS (altogether on Khadgar I was in 4-5 guilds tops and most of them was half way reformed from another). DS and part of MoP I was in Voracity of Anvilmar (died as 25 men Sep 2012). Up to May 2013 I was in Shining Force (regrouped into Deviant) of MalÔÇÖganis.
Deviant (Shining Force reformed). Due to busy schedule I had to take a break. I gave a month in advance notice but because we could not find a viable replacement I had to continue raiding and balance RL; I can say that is was extremely challenging. When I came back I was trying to see if I can maintain 2 nights raiding schedule and I gained confidence that I can. I have to leave because I would like to raid a serious guild for 2 nights since I cannot maintain 3 nights anymore.
As you can see, I am very stable and reliable person who does not like to change guilds and does so only as last resort.
14) Are there any <Gloryhogs> members that can vouch for you?
Unfortunately not. However, I am very open for interview where I can properly introduce myself and explain my performance.

I have to apologize but my first reference would be LFR. There are couple of alt runs (which can be seen through the link too) but they may set wrong impression because they were far from success. It was mostly bunch of friends having fun.

Generally speaking, if a person is established in RL, he would make a god raider. I am 31 and married. I am an aerospace engineer occupying leading position. WoW is my hobby and I really enjoy playing this game. I have been playing the game for a while. I know my class well and went with it through years. I am a quick learner and if there is something to be improved I do not rest until it is fixed. It seems that you already have a very strong holy paladin and it would be great to work in one team with him/her. I love sharing idea and working out details to maximize performance. I am mature and reliable individual; I come prepared to raids and have attendance over 95%. I take constructive criticism well and have good attitude (no boss can wear me down). Gear is important but not a priority for me. I can rotate (sit out no problem); greater guild benefit and progress that is most important thing. Given a chance, I would be happy to prove myself and would not make you regret your decision.
