I've Killed 6/6 N-MSV when Pandaria just came out.

I make sure I have enough consumables for the raid night.(Potions, Flasks, Food Buffs)(extra just in case we go over)

Will always be on for raid night.

I have been playing my Hunter since BC(on Smolderthorn). I am always open to suggestions, or criticism to help me become a better raider. Looking for a fun/serious raiding environment.

I will comment on your choice of Gems. Just a note. Try gemming more pure agility, unless you have an agility socket bonus you can get. You will generally get more over all DPS. Haste should still gain the most DPS for your glove enchant. I would get hit form reforging and swap your hit gems to pure agi too.

Other than that work on getting your Legendary quest line stuff done, upgrade as much gear as you can with valor. There are some much better professions you can pick up to help increase your damage. I recommend Engineering and what ever other profession that you can get an agility buff from. Synapse springs line up perfectly with Beastial Wrath.
