If he submits a ticket from https://us.battle.net/account/support/a ... overy.html it takes like half an hour to get your shit back. My girlfriend got hacked a year or so ago and emptied out my alt's guild bank. Got everything back within an hour of reporting it. Playing without an authenticator is a bad idea if other people use your computer or your password is easy/shared. |
